2018 vintage. Every sip is a wow. Perfect tannins. It’s the bottle you finish way too fast because it’s way too delicious. — 5 months ago
Light in body, yet robust in flavor. A ruby red hue with medium body and nose like fresh cut red fruit, and slight pepper spice. Acidity is bright and sharp, could use a year or 2 of age, with notes of slightly underripe strawberries, black cherries and red berries, white pepper, slate and a long dry finish that feels almost like menthol or mint, but not as specific. — 8 months ago

Dark brick in color.
Pretty nose of stewed red fruits, light oak, spices, caramel, sweet chocolates notes, smoked meat and black pepper.
Light to medium in body with medium acidity.
Dry on the palate with raspberries, sweet cherries, cooked plums, earth, light forest floor, tobacco leaf, herbs and light black pepper.
Long finish with fine grained tannins and tangy strawberries.
This 42 year old Barolo is just gorgeous now. Drinking beautifully with great complexity and mouthfeel. Elegant and rich. Well balanced and powerful.
Feels like it still has power in it to last even longer, although I don't see it getting much better from this point on. Will continue to drink nicely in the next 5 to 10 years.
Easy drinking right out of the bottle, and good by itself as a sipping wine. Still showing great acidity and feels vibrant and very much alive. Delicious, powerful and delectable.
This is a wonderful experience. I just love tasting these kind of aged wines.
100% Nebbiolo grapes were aged for 12 months in cement vats and then for 5 years in Slavonian oak barrels.
14% alcohol by volume.
94 points.

Drinking the 2016 in 2024. Very similar to a Pinot Noir. Light bouquet, with red fruit notes. Light smooth flavors with a lightly tannic finish. — a month ago
A great Barolo with energy for days. Nose is heavenly spices, tar, roses, oolong tea and dried leaves. Gorgeous nose. 9.7 nose. Palate has so much energy and depth. Perfectly ripe cherries and terrific complex minerals and sauce, ripe tannins. Unreal purity and length. An outstanding wine. — 5 months ago
New style barolo. Delicate, light, floral, feminine. Easy drinking missing a bit of power. — 10 months ago

Near perfect Barolo. Amazing! Light yet intense. Just the right age to drink. The tannins were perfectly smooth in the finish. And the fruit was fresh in the attack. Red currant light flavor moves to meaty and earthy finish. A great buy. — 22 days ago
