Ok, I'm not a Chardonnay guy. But it's hot and I wanted white wine, so why not? Light, sharp and chalky. Mineral and stone on the nose with a hint of floral. Classic Chardonnay taste. Decent.

Developing the honey and slightly nutty flavor without oxidation. Fall fruits and nice acids still intact....won't go for another 5 years so drink up

Jan 20th, 2016In solidarity with my French brothers & sisters I came home to open this gem - a wine so amazing, the color enchants - a beautiful gold with such precise clarity. And on the nose- fresh lemon juice and brown butter leading into tropical fruits like pineapple. On the pallet an over whelming sense of juicy fruits with perfect ripeness - again that pineapple and lemon come out. A long lingering finish. What an enjoyable bottle of wine!

Still young but very drinkable Meursault @ £53 that’s one of my favourites at this price point 😉 If you like it more tart/sour now is great but leave 5yrs if you want it to ease 👍

Wild bottle variance. Of the six; two had minor/moderate oxidation, one was corked, and remaining three were sound but less than expected. Had high hopes.
