Exceptional value and age-worthy. This was our wedding sparkler (although I think maybe it wasn’t the non-dosage version). This really gives the impression of feather lightness and dances across the palate

May 31st, 2021Wow. Insane QPR for this sparkling vouvray. Lots of green apple, leesy quality, super mineral and a pleasant bitterness on the tongue, racy acidity. No doubt this will continue to age beautifully.

Yellow with slightly amber hue, Yellow apple, quince, mineral, salinity, steely, savory herbal note with oxidized note. Honey comb, peach bliss and bitterness finish. High acidity. What a savory sparkling chenin. I enjoy the fish very much.

That time steel wool and honeycomb had a love child. Red apple and chalky minerality piquant, essentially playing well together. Honeydew and lemon zest, lime blossom and sneaker rubber (New Balance, not Nike). Leesy. Less palate weight than I'd like, but with flavor so deliciously #CHENIN like, I can't really complain. #mineralityliveshere
