@mikelucia has done it again, this time with barrel ferment in used Chard barrels then aged in stainless. Great ripeness and restraint (reconcile those as you will). Cliff notes: 12%, elegance, perfect for the table - or knocking back on any warm day on the horizon. — 2 years ago
