Beautiful deep rose color. Artificial cherry Jello with hints of strawberry and raspberry on the nose. Medium bodied with some tart cherry, cranberry and watermelon rind on the palate. Works great with some spicy food with minimal heat. I could see this going well with some Mexican food, cilantro kind of dishes. Don't go in thinking Provence Rose. This Rose has more muscle.
