Cherub Colchagua Valley Rosé of Syrah

This rosé is not shy, it commands attention right out of the bottle. Pouring up a bright cherry red, it looks like a Spanish rosado. A whiff brings into focus some truly earthy strawberry and cherry aromas. There is a great deal of stemmy greenness in that whiff, too. The palate is lush and fruity but there is an awesome acidity that makes it so fresh the day will turn into spring all around you, no matter what season it is.

Savory berry, bright round body, tingling acidity, eucalyptus on the edges.

Beautiful deep rose color. Artificial cherry Jello with hints of strawberry and raspberry on the nose. Medium bodied with some tart cherry, cranberry and watermelon rind on the palate. Works great with some spicy food with minimal heat. I could see this going well with some Mexican food, cilantro kind of dishes. Don't go in thinking Provence Rose. This Rose has more muscle. Not power lifting muscles but more like light weight high reps muscle. #winechat #winewednesday

Too sweet.

Tuna-salmon hybrid in color. Crisp on the front of the nose with cold stones, then watermelon Jolly Rancher and Fruit Loops. Full bodied with a mouthfeel and acidity reminiscent of cranberry juice. Flavors of watermelon Jolly Rancher and maraschino cherries. Finishes with strawberry jelly and caramel.

If you like this type of wine you might love this one. Great value.
