A great SB! Blend of 96% Sauv Blanc with 4% Sauv Gris adding an interesting dynamic to the wine & distinctive aromas (prior to ‘18 vintage some Semillon added). Pale lemon color, citrus, tropical & floral aromas. On the palate peach, melon, herb & earthy tones, well balanced with acidity, smooth yet robust on a long finish ending rich with wet stone character. Good value! A Fav!! Very consistent! — 2 years ago
Nose has ripe plum, ripe blackberry, black currant, mashed black cherry, crunchy dry leaves, moist soil and mild cedar notes.
Palate has tart plum, blackberries from a heavily rainy grow season (not concentrated), dried cranberry, dried cherry, leather, touch of cocoa powder and (light) anise/licorice. Tannins are still making themselves known, but not obtrusive.
Young bottle, future bottles may be 2021-23 in hopes of more palate concentration. A lovely producer whose entire lineup is worthy of your attention. A solid wine for the vintage, embrace and be happy.

Hello White Rioja! This wine is clear with a medium lemon hue.
The nose is clean with medium intensity and youthful aromas. Aromas include primary notes of lemon 🍋 pith, starfruit, melon, cantaloupe, orange marmalade, chamomile, also secondary notes of cream, butterscotch, biscuit, and pastry.
On the palate this wine is dry. It has medium(+) acidity, a medium body, medium alcohol, and medium intensity in flavors consistent with the nose. The finish is medium(+).
This is a very good wine. It has good balance, complexity, and structure. It could be improved with additional length and intensity of fruit characteristics.
It may be consumed now with pleasure and further aging may add complexity in tertiary notes. But it’s tasting great in the present moment 🙌🙌🙌 — 2 years ago
This is my favorite moscato yet. Thank you Vietti for being a beautiful winemaker and also making this. If there were white peach jolly ranchers tossed into some grapefruit and Meyer lemon juice and then you dashed in some orange blossom and magically gave it velvet bubbles that’s this. It’s...delicious. You’d think at a mere 5% abv I’d have a cooler word than “delicious” but damn this is. — 4 years ago
