Nice complexity of aromas. — a year ago
Dry and very classic tasting Riesling. Wet stone, lime, honeysuckle, green apple, green pear, flint, and the faintest hint of petrol. Clean with high acidity, medium alcohol, light body and a terrific compliment to food. I had it with tuna tartare and it was a knockout. Terrific value. — 2 years ago
good example of what a German, Baden area, Pinot Noir can be. Spatburgunder in German labeling
Light, delicate, aromatic, somewhat more sour cherry and rhubarb than you might expect but still a win. — 3 months ago
Crisp and bone dry German Riesling perfect for hot days. This trocken from the Pfalz is a great example of those German wines. Delicious, but not for everyone. — 4 months ago
Tasting sample, not yet fully released.
Much more open than Gaisböhl with lemons & limes + a bit of sandy minerality. Such a beautiful mouthfeel with more body and so much more depth & length vs Gaisböhl. Amazing purity and already so approachable. Great length. A brilliant wine. One of the best of ‘22? — a year ago
Delicious big red blend from Paso. Vanilla and hints of sarsaparilla. Balanced and delightful. — 2 years ago
Amazing wine. Aroma is honeydew, apple, pear, apple blossom, honeysuckle, orange flower water, and even a hint of minerality in there. Palate has the same notes in the aroma, wine is a bit sweeter than I usually go for but not unbalanced with the acidity. Took down two bottles of it and could do more. Will drink again — 4 months ago
I’m baaaack! I’m sure no one missed me but I’ve been off the app for a while. Lots of life happening. So. Decided to jump back on due to a new to me Rose’ that I discovered. Germans can make wine! This is a wonderful deck wine with all types of food or by itself to celebrate the end of a long day. Everyone has described this wine spot on. For me though I get a slight hint of cinnamon on the end and the acidity is primo with smoked meats or a nice charcuterie! Love finding new gems! Enjoy. PS. I love this super-chilled but it is good at room temp as well. Thanks for putting up with the amateur!!! — 7 months ago
At 24 years of age this is youthful and vital with a rich ridge of stone fruit braced by range citrus acid and a lingering, slightly mineral finish. Delightful. — 2 years ago

Second try in a short while. One of my favourite aussie wine ever, so far. My previous notes still stand. This is an exciting wine and wine style. The chalkiness of the mouthfeel and the delicious fresh lemon juice touches. Wow, I will even bump that prior 90 note a notch. That's a banger right there. — 2 months ago
