For London Lees Edi Steph Cindy David Day late BD dinner. Turns out Gerwurtz favorite of Mabel and Edi. Wonderful tropical nose of leechee mango etc but with acidity and bite on palate and not as sweet as nose might suggest. — 3 years ago
This is a wonderful wine! The nose shows citrusy notes, honey touches, some petroly touches, some floral scents. The palate is a model of balance. Some nice lemon, lemon curd notes, a bit of a milky, soft mouthfeel, some honeyed touches, but also a massive acid drive that makes it go on and on for ever and a day. The mid-palate is a nice bowl giving way to the longest mouth-watering finish, showcasing citrusy delights and a bit of a zesty touch that adds a layer of complexity. This is great ! — 9 days ago
Beautiful gewurtz that paired nicely with a dinner of spicy, smokey, and citrus sushi and wagyu beef dishes.
Pale golden yellow. Beautiful aromatics of honeysuckle, nectar, apricot and lychee. Features a medium sweet and fruit forward palate with tropical fruits, starfruit, apricot, mango, and peach. Underlying it all is a slate and mineral component, like petrichor. Good acidic structure. — 3 years ago
N sulfur. Classic mosel.

Just beautiful. It grows more amazing over time. Medium light viscosity. Starts with high acid, leather, grows to strawberry and red currant, ends with maple syrup. — 2 months ago
I thought this was a great wine. Already showed some fresh cut garden hose characteristics! 13.5%. Classic! Big for a Riesling. Had this at a business function so could not write more notes. Wormwood Restaurant San Diego - is almost sold out. 2 bottles left and at 75$/Restaurant a steal these day’s. Get it while it is still there!!! What a wine. — 9 months ago

charming style, teeniest tiniest hint of RS, low ABV - slight petrol yielded apricot, peach, apple, confectionery sugar, bit of stony minerality - crisp acidity, refreshing beach aperitif. Bump for QPR — 7 days ago
