What’s. It to love. Honey, citrus, nutty, concentrated…chenin! — 9 days ago
222/5/4 with sushi. L02B02. Lemon, honey, brioche, chalk - everything is here, with a bit more depth and richness than I remember it having 5-10 years ago. For me, this is THE classicist, brut blanc de blancs standard cuvée. It’s so great to have a wine like this reasonably available and reasonably priced. — 19 days ago
Still good but I feel like I opened it just in time as the bottle was about to go downhill. Medium gold. First notes are toasty and oxidative citrus. Candied lemon, creme brûlée, slight peanut husk and a hint of Marsala. Carbonation dissipated quickly. Still enjoyable but definitely something wrong with the bottle — 12 days ago
Nose is UNHINGED! Pizza spices, bell pepper, pepperchini. VEGETAL. Palette lags behind but still delicious. Light medium body. Tasted blind with Jordan & Packer — 4 days ago
Apple lemonade, with nice toast and minerality. Laser focused, creamy, and generous. Good value for Champagne. — 2 days ago

I’m having trouble finding anything wrong with these bubbles- they are the perfect combination of yeastiness and sweetness of a cake with an extraordinary butter frosting, and a fruit compote on the side. Serious structure, and a little bitterness creeping in only at the finish. — 9 days ago
