Richer example of this grape. Spent time in barrel. — 5 months ago
This was super complex. It grew on me as it breathed. 45% Assyrtiko, 35% Malagouzia, 15% Vidiano and 5% Aidani. Mangos. Hints of vanilla. Enjoyed at Koufadakis in Halkidiki. — 2 years ago

Vintage 2015 | the wine is made from two grapes: vidiano and assyrtiko. Gold coloured. Oxidative style. Good balance. Makes me think of Jura savagnin, but with more roundness and pleasure. Interesting. Paired with halibut, spinach and bearnaise sauce. At La Provence Zaltbommel. — a year ago

A bit of an unusual wine for me in that it is fairly low acid. But it has some very interesting white floral fruit notes with some herbs as well. And the overall impression is still quite juicy. Tasty and a good value. — 13 days ago
