My favorite Pinot Grigio! — a month ago
Candied pear, aromas of a lakeside cottage, cedar, honey, and rosemary.
Bae loved this one right away and told me I wouldn’t like it (I’m guessing because of the sweetness), but upon first sip, I actually really appreciated this old world style of elements working in harmony with each other.
Sweetness balanced with acidity, slight bubbles, a freshness that doesn’t end with that unctuous note that can sometimes be off putting in wines like this, and a nice effervescence.
Very well rounded, one to one linearity between bouquet and tasting.really enjoyable drinking experience. — a month ago
This wine evolved on palate and as I sipped it over time. Kind of a sleeper wine, it didn’t stand out at first, but I also couldn’t put the glass down. It plays a little shy, but hang in there and keep tasting. — a month ago
