Mostly Tempranillo, with a little Graciano and Garnacha and a splash of white grapes, aged for 1 year in combo of concrete, barrel and foudre. Deep Ruby with aromas of of fruit, spices and sweet floral notes. On the palate flavors of blackberry and cherry with cacao and black pepper. 100% Godello. I do not come across those very often.
Mineral, light-to-medium bodied, peachy-appley fruit, lots of freshness and lift. In my book, this Godello belongs in the Verdejo/Sauvignon corner. — 2 years ago
