Wine 4 Xmas din, post apple 🍎 🥧 and 🎂 Ice cream cake — 2 months ago
After few hours of opening, very ripe fruit. Dark cherry, fig, dry prune, dark tea, dry leaves. Mouth is round, rich with subtile dark fruits and a nice acidity. Then it becomes more powerful with structure and nice tannins. On the finish we are back in the sunny south. It feels like the sun on the rocks but the nice acidity balance it. Great wine but needs time to open. — a month ago
Ripe black fruits. Fairly intense and lively. Perfect with bbq burgers or bold charcuterie — a month ago
Circling back on this bottle and I think I’ll bump the score up a notch from my initial rating of 89/100. I still think this lacks structure and a sense of purpose, but the notes are still appealing nonetheless: caramel green apple, dark chocolate with orange zest, and stewed Luxardo cherries, along with some cedar shavings. — 3 months ago

My first wine from this producer, a mix of southern grapes in the area of Nímes and Arles, has minerals and strawberries , needed decant, a very delicate wine not powerful but tasty, keep it for some years 🍷🇫🇷 — 14 days ago
