See several previous Delectable notes on this wine and vintage. A pale crimson colour with tawny garnet shades. Aromatics of red fruits (strawberry) and Sous Bois on the nose. It may be pale in colour but carries a Medium plus palate intensity of good length. A very good 2nd wine from Bell Hill from the Canterbury district (just to the north of Christchurch) which deserves more recognition as a source of high quality Pinot Noir. Also referred to as the Waipara District. — 6 months ago
An amazing chardonnay for the summer nights! — 8 months ago
Clear, pale lemon colour. Clean, pronounced floral bouquet. Dry, with high acidity and medium bodied. Intense flavours of lime, lemon and citrus blossom. Long finish with significant minerality. A very good wine that would no doubt be better after a few years.

[70% Shiraz, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon] Medium-dark ruby, faint bricking at edge, I mostly get the Cabernet, shows both its age and some heat (14.5% ABV), solid balance, medium-long finish, good Barossa Shiraz-Cab blend! — 16 days ago
