2023 vintage. Screw cap. Trader Joe’s selection. Have picked up a few bottles of this every year over the last decade just to have as haus wine-esp during the holidaze. This is the best vintage I’ve had. Structure. Fruit. Accessibility. It has rolled at $7.99 a bottle as long as I can remember. Grabbed a bottle without checking the price but assuming it’s still $10 or less. Drinking like it’s a $25 bottle. Picking up more this week. 11.18.28. — 4 days ago

Enjoyable straightforward wine. It has the usual Riesling character but not very complex. Quite dry so even die hard red wine drinkers might like with light snacks etc. Good value. — 4 years ago

2021 vintage. PNP'd. Not nearly as explosive and satisfying as that damned 2019 vintage and less body than the corresponding 2020 vintage but a bit more depth and a tad more spice than 2020. A Trader Joe's spesh at $15.99. Think it'll add a little more body and Beatles Come Together notes in the next 6 months-2 years and maybe bump up to a 9.1. At that price, picked up a few bottles to have at the haus through the holidays. 11.5.25. — 17 days ago
