Very pretty and on the delicate side. Packaging nails the tasting notes with cucumber, green tea, and melon rind, though I also get the banana that many tasters mention. From a small brewery, and a prefecture known for its pristine water sources. Pair with Kumamoto oysters or scallop sashimi. Environmentally sustainable, energy efficient brewery. Sake World 2024 Had to judge given it’s the same glass throughout the tasting but favorite of all the pours from this producer. — 3 months ago
Funky, savory, sweet, harmonious. A very madeira like sake but a creature unto its own. — 9 months ago

Super pleasant with some spicy dim sum where it brings strong citrus and floral notes along side a zippy and crisp feel. Could drink this all day. — a month ago
