Minerality, white flowers, lemon zest, good balance, still young. — 9 months ago
2008 vintage. Had never come across the "Little Hill" until today. Light-medium body. Decanted and was fairly musty for 2-3 minutes before it started to blossom. Some blue fruit/menthol/eucalyptus throughout the experience. Demonstrative spice component on the back end. Could really only ding this on being slightly "watery" on the front palate. Otherwise, this is kicking now and has plenty of life and love to give. 5.27.23 — 3 years ago
Mineral grapefruit rind in the nose, body has nice texture holding grapefruit and lemongrass to a medium long finish — a month ago
2012 tasting great. Solid dark fruits, nice balance. — 4 years ago
Another beautiful Rochioli Pinot Noir. Intense but not as overwhelming as the 2020. Elegant cherry flavors and a more restrained nose. Expensive at $75 but its price is reasonable given the quality. — 7 months ago
From Westside Farms and Rochioli Allen Vineyard sites, medium lemon color, aromas of stone and citrus fruits with floral and nutty notes. On the palate flavors of peach, apricot and pears with honeysuckle, smooth with a nutty creamy texture, lively acidity. Medium+ finish ending with fruit toasty notes and savory citrus mineral character. Nice! — 3 years ago

Needs an hour of air then it’s lean and clean. 13.3%. Pear, apple , citrus, some herbs. No wonky oak or butter. Very nice. Would never guess RRV. Pair with wild mushrooms and polenta. — 9 days ago
