[Tasted on May 26, 2024 at Iberian Pig in Nashville with Jay]
81% Cabernet Sauvignon; 14% Merlot; and 5% Petit Verdot. Blackberry and black plum fruit, with notes of pencil shavings, graphite, licorice, violets and cocoa. Silky wine. — 4 years ago
Mary BD 11/19/21 with suckling pig. Opened at the end. Terrific Barolo with all the classic varietal profile. Pleasure to drink though didn’t quite match the Brunello in pairing the pig. Last one and winery defunct. — 3 years ago
Big Pig Shiraz, 2014
WOW!! This is a phenomenal drop! Silky and sexy, lush berries and sweetly spiced with liquorice and vanilla. Absolute perfection, I think this just may be the best wine I've ever tasted, and that's saying something. 10/10 — 3 years ago
