Great Arinto. The Azores. Love it! — 4 years ago
Jasmine, quince paste, spiced pear, lemon curd, pineapple sweetness, punchy. Touch of lemon pith at end, but tons of juicy acid. Creamy / lactic. Chalky minerals. Layered, delicious, weighty.

Really nice with a meaty dinner. 2015 vintage. Highly recommend — 6 years ago
Are Italians even capable of producing a bad wine? This was one of the most perfectly balanced wines I’ve had in a while. Easy to drink, soft, not too fruity, dry, or acidic. Paired great with roast beef. — 7 years ago
Winner of the Houston Rodeo best Texas wine. Great blend. Balanced nicely structured. Cherry prominent. Lasts in palate. Good with New Braunfels Smoke House ham. — 8 years ago
Champonois like. Brioche, no sign of effervescence but it was very pleasing — 2 years ago
Intense mineral, a surprising hint of strawberry. The fruit is pretty fat, given how tight and acid this is. — 7 years ago

Slightly deeper colour than the Aurum , more lemon yellow . Quite aromatic with more yellow fruits , apricot , touch of peach , then some basalt , stony , crushed rocks . On the palate this is agaín quite intense, high acidity , light toasty note with same yellow fruits on the nose , orange rind . Long and saline , mineral on the finish . With more time in the glass this becomes even more intensely saline and mineral. From now and over the next 5 years , maybe more . Impressive . This is the Sur Lie with a mix of 3 vintages. — 3 months ago
