Bone-dry white wine with a vanilla finish, perfect with fish. A great value at $30. A complex palette that starts out very crisp and develops into creamy flavors. — 4 months ago
Delicious! Gentle creaminess, acidic at first then melts down. — 2 months ago
Intense and interesting white from this sometimes underrated grape. Punchy acidity, yellow orchard fruits, nutty bitterness and a persistent mineral driven finish. — 7 months ago
Delicious with chicken and asparagus casserole ($13) — a month ago
Medium straw with green reflexes . Pear , quince , melon , with a sage and white pepper twist. On the palate a bit rounder than the nose would suggest , though with high balanced acidity. The palate shows pear, melon and fresh herbal notes with a touch of white pepper, blanched almond , lemon pith on the finish. Ok length with balanced alcohol . Drink now and over the next 5-8 years — 2 months ago
Pale straw color. Green fruit, pear, melon, alcohol on the nose. Low acid, medium-light body, more alcohol than you’d think, dry, very mineral flavor, slightly herby, lot of ripe pear. — 7 months ago

Quite a textural wine, not too much fruit, very mineral. Fat and oily.
Long and good. It can age.
It's fresh.
Quite hard to approach the first time.
Verdicchio is a great grape variety IMO, so underrated.
There are several great producers and not expensive at all. — 14 days ago
