Disgorged May 2010. Light gold. Medium viscosity. Quite a tannin and medium acidity. Marzipan, butter, mushroom slight oxidation at first. Ripe apple and smoke. Soft perlage. 2/3 PN and 1/3 Chard. — 8 years ago
