Easy drinking and somewhat fruity but composed. Interestingly it’s aged six months in acacia and oak barrels, and amphorae.

Recommended by the caviste at Cave Petillant. Definitely distinctive and non traditional. Fruity and racy. Tiny amount of funkiness. Consistent acidity.
