Bone dry. Waxy, dried lemon peel. Saline. Mineral — a month ago
Tasted blind . Medium deep , garnet core , garnet rim . Quite sweet spiced nose , slightly deeper cherry , riper slightly less fresh . Black tea . On the palate this is deeper and richer , more extracted in style . Darker cherry , blackberry , quite high acidity but slightly drying tannins . This is quite intense and with lots of presence, reasonably long , dry spice , dried dark cherry finish . Really quite young . Needs more time , better in 3-5 years and will last well a further 5-10 — 17 days ago
Bright lemon color with stone and tropical fruit aromas and floral citrus scents. On the palate flavors of pear, apples and peaches with lime citrus zest and notes of chalky salinity. Well balanced with pleasing lively acidity, long finish ending with mineral, citrus and wet stone nuances. Very nice! — 2 months ago
Somewhat rounder and not quite as dry as some other albarinos out there. Very pleasant balance between fruit, acidity, alcohol and small remaining hints of sugar. — 3 months ago
Very nice and balanced wine with excellent acidity. — a month ago
Made by the son, much better than the fathers version

Lots of minerality, smells of petrol. Interesting yeasty undertones. Great for sipping, be cautious pairing with foods — 3 months ago
You know where this wine kicks ass? In Kauai. So tropical, well balanced, good fruit, but awesome acidity with lemons, some pineapple, maybe stone fruit, so freaking delicious and perfect with seafood. — 4 months ago

Ten year old Albariño, I wanted to give it a shot. The wine certainly retains is freshness, salinity, the essence is there. The peach and stone fruit flavor gets a bit more savory. Cheers. — 22 days ago
