Lovely golden color of coins and sunshine. Smells of lotions, potions and tart citrus fruits. Maybe fresh streams too. Flavors are citrusy and funky. Bit of rock. Plenty of lemon peel. Teeny bit of anise. Plenty of bite. This would go with shellfish dishes like nothing else.
