Both peaches, pineapple juice that falls onto marmalade, green apple, hint of apple cider, bruised Bosc pear, light malt, ginger ale, honey notes, saline, sea fossils, alluvial limestone, moist, mushy chalkiness, white spice, bread dough, soft yeastiness, some bread crust, yellow lilies framed in spring flowers with greens, soft, crisp acidity, round, elegant body that is well; knitted, structured, tensioned with a smartly polished finish that lasts two-minutes. — 7 months ago
Gift from a friend. Ruby red, very good clarity. Aromas of strawberries to the max on initial pour. Fresh wood shavings and licorice as well. Red fruit flavors with eucalyptus and cough syrup character. Fruit fades quickly with its age, but decent acid and mild skin astringency carry through in the aftertaste. Two hours later, plum, cherry skin and spice flavors dominate. Give it time to come together. — a month ago
