Interesting Italian white blend from the Emilia Romana region of Italy. Aromas of white flowers and apple. Apple also preeminent on the pallet with hints of tropical fruits. Good acidity. Medium bodied with a pale yellow color. — 11 days ago

Opened up after thirty min to an hour and evolved subsequently. Lots of dried fruit. Burnt orange and orange marmalade. Tastes like it belongs on a danish.
