What's not to like, really?

Exceptional expression of quintessential Lambrusco style. Stewed strawberries and rhubarb in the mouth, with a touch of creaminess. Balanced by ripe acidity that carried through to a balsamic finish. Gorgeous.

Strawberries, rhubarb compote, stewed blackberries, balsamic, white pepper, mint. Vibrant rounded acid, frothy mousse, light bodied, crisp bone dry fruity finish. Alluring aromatics, great structure, pleasantly simple.

Cork tied down by a string. So much fun to drink.

Lambrusco Rose', unexpected, humble and dignified wine to be combined with local cuisin from Emilia Romagna. All foods have their roer wines.
