Always so much fun with this pretty wine south of the Rhône-Nord. Syrah is expressed on red and black fruits with beautiful peppery notes, smoked bacon. Coated character. Contained power. Fine texture in the mouth. The acidity suggests that it is to be drunk now.

Toujours autant de plaisir avec ce jolie vin au sud du Rhône-Nord. La Syrah s’y exprime sur les fruits rouges et noirs avec de belles notes poivrées, lard fumé. Caractère enrobé. Puissance contenu. Texture fine en bouche. L’acidité suggère que c’est à boire maintenant.

Dense, fluid dark purple color. 🇲🇦
Open nose very ripe black fruits; associated with a discreet oak, fresh notes of violet and typical Syrah pepper. Pleasant balance reminiscent of a beefy Croze-Hermitage .. interesting aging potential; on cuisine from the Maghreb, or southern Italy (garlic, pepper, tomatoes, anchovies, olive oil, herbs)

Robe foncée pourpre violine dense, fluide.🇲🇦
Nez ouvert sur les fruits noirs très mûrs intense; associé à un boisé discret, notes fraîches de violette et de poivre typique de la Syrah.. La finale est agréable sur des notes réglissées, poivrées et un retour de fraîcheur acidulée. Servi à 15-16 degrés après une heure en carafe, on obtient un equilbre plaisant rappelant un Croze- Hermitage costaud... Cuisine du Maghreb, ou Italie du sud (ail, piment, tomates, anchois,huile d’olive, aromates)

La Tradition Extra Brut Champagne Blend

Back to an old friend. Always the right time for one of these Meunier Magic champagnes. Nice perlage and effervescence. So much power and grace with this wine. Lemon zest and chalk upfront on the nose. Oranges and crème brûlée with some fun herbs, as well. A touch of red cherries because why not?

The entry level from Laherte but tasted blind, it doesn’t seem so. Power, immediacy, and depth. 60/30/10 Meunier/Chardonnay/Pinot Noir with an Extra Brut dosage of 4.5 g/l. Sourced from the Marne Valley and Coteaux Sud d’Epernay with sustainable farming practices. It’s a taught and racy with fresh citrus fruits on the palate alongside a bit of red berries. Minerality and earthiness abound. A brilliant champagne that does so much so damn well.

Star bright straw gold in the glass. Nose of baked quince and citrus rind. Echoed on the medium-bodied palate with stony minerals and underripe white peach.
