Great with shrimp dishes. Very citrus forward. Very refreshing. Frankly would be great on any hot summer day. — 2 years ago
Blend of Listan Negro and Negramoll, with about 10% of Listan Blanco (white variety) from the stunning Margalagua parcel, perched above the Atlantic Ocean in the area of Taganana, in northeastern Tenerife. Fermented in open top vats and aged in neutral oak for a year. Delicate, ethereal. Smoke and citrus notes. Some spices. Volcanic funk. Light on the palate. Really elegant — 2 years ago
In such an amazing place. A perfect bottle. There is youthful power and verve and an incredible depth and seamlessness of vibrant fruit layered with minerality, pastry cream, roasted hazelnuts and an ocean spray-like salinity. It’s texturally captivating, wrapping around the palate with killer density without weight. Racy acids balance its richness and secondary nuttiness and it finishes forever. White burg at its finest. — 8 months ago
Excellent blend. Bold, complex body and smooth finish. Great for the price point. Enjoying with ocean in the back at One Ocean Resort and Spa. — 6 months ago
Chardonnay from 40 years old vines in the Trout Gulch vineyard, a very cool site on sandy loam in Aptos, about 4 miles from the Ocean in Sabra Cruz County. Pure nose with aromas of citrus, salt, crushed stone and white fruit. Medium-bodied, bright, lively with citrus flavors. Good acidity and noticeable salinity on the palate — 2 years ago
Atlantic Ocean, lite...Notes tomorrow?
192H Update:
Nose has fully saturated oak plank, moist almonds, incredible sweet & saline notes, fermenting green apples, white chocolate bar, white candle wax and fresh yellow apple slice. Palate has almond broth (does that exist?), dried yellow apple, chamomile tea, moist bread, faint green olive (?) with mild saline finish, faint acidity. Damn I do not drink enough Manzanilla! — 2 years ago

Delicious. Delicate, citrus, subtle brine, delicious with seafood, afternoon in the sun with an ocean breeze. — a month ago
