Color - crimson red. Full bodied, ripe black berry with fine grained tannins. Paired with Picanha, Fraldinha Pork Chop and Ribeye Steak! At Fogo De Chao in Philly. — 2 years ago

At a Daou wine dinner and pairing at Fogo De Chao in Philly. Blueberry boysenberry and black plum. Very smooth! — 2 years ago
I found it surprisingly good. It was full body but with a tint of sweetness. I bought it at Mitsukoshi for ¥3,800. — 5 years ago
Lots of big bold berries and tannins. Smell of oak and a little pepper. Delicious! — 4 years ago
Ripe, quite juicy fruit with candied red fruit aromas. On the palate medium acidity and red fruits with medium(+) ripe tannins, sweet spice flavours and a little cocoa. very good, alcoholic finish with a medium(+) finish. Overall fruitier than other #brunello which in some respects is a good thing because I found many Brunello’s oxidized (especially the Riservas) but that comes with a trade off and this wine had less complexity and less interesting tertiary aromas and flavors and a shorter finish than other wines. The #qpr is great though. Seemed more like a premium #rossodimontalcino than a Brunello. — 6 years ago
