Delightful. Toasted almond, brioche, nougat, and some floral yeast notes. Focused. Bubbles still dancing beautifully. Great celebratory champagne. — 2 years ago
Sometimes everything goes wrong on a Friday. And then, you think you fix it, and it goes wrong again. And then it goes wrong one more time because why the fuck not. But then, you get off work, and you come home, and you open a bottle of wine like this, and you realize, work sucks and wine is awesome. — 3 months ago
Strange and fantastic. Smoky, meaty, quite tart and delicious. — a year ago

Eric Bordelet is the acknowledged Cider Master from the Loire valley in Normandy (Mayenne). The colour of amber beer. This cider is made from a blend of 19 apple varieties including bitter, sweet and acidic varieties. Aromas of mouldy apple (unsurprisingly) Palate is intense yet refreshing with stewed apple and low acid. Fine bubbles. Only 6% ABV and very enjoyable. — 18 days ago
