pleasantly strange. pine tar, thyme, sweet orange blossom. seemingly sweet on the fore palate, underlying acidity makes the wine surprisingly delicious with salty, bright seafood (octopus tagine, in this case).

Greek pet nat made from 100% Debina (Highly localized, high-acid Greek variety making light, fresh and digestible wines. —- Jancis Robinson). Tastes like cider sparkler. Fennel, wild herbs, fino sherry (acetaldehyde), medicinal notes on the finish. Highly acidic and light bodied at 10.5%. Off dry. Fun to taste.
