Light, smooth, grapefruit accent, very nice aperitif. — a year ago
Nice for VQA, but not sure it would be a staple at $19. Will try again and be more diligent about comparing to imports. — 4 years ago

If you think that really good wine can’t come in a box, try this. — 8 months ago
(Opened 24hrs) first night quite dry/austere and closed. Acids dominante palate. Day 2: blossoms into ginger, wet gravel/river stones, bitter lemon. Really quite lovely.

Piuze makes fantastic Chablis, so perhaps not surprising how much value his sparkling wine brings. Much more detail & incisive focus than 17$ should be; very dry on palate, with small red berry essences & very balanced. This beats up Cremants at the same price point, & then some. — 9 months ago
Medium lemon color, aromas of stone and citrus fruits with yeasty notes, blend of six varietals with Petit Arbanne and Petit Meslier included. On the palate flavors of ripe apple and pear with lemon citrus zest and bread notes. Fine bubbles, light mousse, medium finish ending with fruit, citrus and yeasty biscuit character. Pair this aged Champagne with a shrimp or lobster salad. — 2 years ago
