A much more interesting Aligote than you’d normally get; a few days of skin contact gives it a little more roundness, body, and finish. Some juicy fruit vibes, quince and peach, plus a wet stone nose that alludes to the mouth-feel minerality you’ll get. Super super good.

Lightly fined & unfulfilled Bourgogne Aligoté. White burgundy that’s quiet light and bright. Easy drinking, crisper than being closer to Chardonnay. Great for spring / summer weather
