A very clever blend of four grapes. A fun and playful wine for middle of the week kind of mischief. — 8 years ago

If you ever want to throw a curveball in a blind tasting, through this into the lineup and prepare for mayhem. A delicious Cab Franc forward Super Tuscan that has so many qualities of a wine from Piedmont. — 8 years ago

Fantastic white wine — 6 years ago
Tasted blind. Reddish tawny color. High-pitched nose, with some sort of volatile acidity going on. Had a molasses, tea and some kind of madeirized mischief going on with it. At times it seemed like wine, at times it went in a different direction. When it tasted like wine, it was a very memorable window. Fun to taste. Guessed 1961 Barolo... the VA and madeirized notes through me off — 8 years ago
Plum filled, dry red wine. Not what I was expecting, but in a good way. Enjoyable! — 9 years ago
Full body red bled from Italia. We enjoyed this for mischief night ( that’s the night before Halloween for those less familiar with the tradition)! — 5 years ago

Beautiful, my favourite style of Grüner Veltiner, light, dry, crisp apple, low tannins. Amazing wine! — 6 years ago

2018 vintage. Last tasted 8.26.22 (9.3) and 7.21.21 (9.3). Medium/medium-heavy body. Slightly less end palate lift than last two encounters and tasting like it is in that proverbial "state of confusion...er...transition." Would like to taste again and will give it 3-4 years before revisiting to do this justice. Pretty unified now without side projects and ancillary rabbit holes but something tells me this has another third act of mayhem and debauchery up its' sleeve. 07.09.25. — a year ago
