Tasted blind. Reddish tawny color. High-pitched nose, with some sort of volatile acidity going on. Had a molasses, tea and some kind of madeirized mischief going on with it. At times it seemed like wine, at times it went in a different direction. When it tasted like wine, it was a very memorable window. Fun to taste. Guessed 1961 Barolo... the VA and madeirized notes through me off
