Jul 2024: PnP ready, just a few minutes in glass is enough, lots of plums, herbs, soft tannins and good acidity, lacks a wow effect — 7 years ago
Fruity nose that goes right onto the pallet. Getting some black cherry, even plum on the top of the mouth. Finish lingers kind of finishes dry this is gonna go very well with food. — 6 months ago
Fresh and satisfying, hints of tropical fruit but well balanced. — 7 days ago
Paired this with a homemade Sweet Potato Gnocchi. One of the smoothest, full-flavored wines I have ever drank — 5 months ago
Dark cherry notes. Had with grilled chicken but would also do well with dark chocolate — 6 months ago
Don't judge me for liking this. It's Delightful white blossoms and white nectarine nose. Superbly drinkable on its own, this is a great go-to for an outdoor patio spring summer social, it's a crowd pleaser that's several steps above and much more interesting than your Pinot Grigio's — 8 months ago
Bold, dry, smooth. Great with pizza! — 3 months ago
The 2021 Chianti Classico Riserva Marchese Antinori is particularly strong this year. Red cherry, plum, blood orange and pomegranate infuse the 2021 with notable depth. French oak is better integrated than in the past. There's less extraction today and quite a bit more finesse. This is a terrific showing from Antinori. (Antonio Galloni, Vinous, July 2024)
