The label says “hops, hops and more hops” I say yes to the hops but with a smooth blending of malts. Crisp, clean, intense aroma with a well balanced long satisfying taste this award winning IPA is the brewmaster’s choice. I say it’s just damn good. I believe that it is available on the USA Pacific coast. 6.5 % alc./vol. 80 IBU Cheers 🍻🇨🇦 — 8 years ago

The third of three 21-year-old single malts that we tasted at the December Old Line Scotch Club meeting. This was slightly tangy, smooth and complex. As good as it was, it was the least favorite of the three, by consensus, among the club members. #glenlivet #21 #whisky #singlemalt #oldlinescotchclub #tubbysdiner — 10 years ago
Perfect example of a ESB, toasted caramel malts, off set by fruity earthly hops, Very good — 10 years ago
Outstanding Scotch Ale, big toasted and roasted malts, hints of chocolate, drinks like velvet, Fantastic!!!! — 11 years ago
Cocoa powder wafts from the bottle, fresh pumpkin, cinnamon and brown sugar, uncut apple and mocha coffee. Pumpkin at the fore on the palate. Cinnamon on toast, cappuccino into mocha, creme de cocoa, hazelnut, and the malts have integrated so well with the brewed pumpkin and the hops! There is light sweet tobacco, chicory, pecan pie, and clove. — 11 years ago
Smooth full body and complex malts — 7 months ago
Glad I only have one of these. Although the hop influence has a little kick to it more in the back, this one is much more bready and malty throughout. Brown malts with a little bit of sweetness in the middle. On a whole, this brewery produces a rather rock solid lineup of brews. — 8 years ago

Fantastic stuff - was better than I remembered it being last year! Rich sherry tones without being overpowering. Is it really from Glenmorangie though? — 9 years ago
Probably the best IPA this brewery produces, a company Secret of their farm raised hops, adds to The intrigue and tasty IPA, Grapefruit citrus and pine, nice of balance malts, a very good beer in the style — 10 years ago
Creamy and hoppy with grapefruit like bitterness on the finish. Can't go wrong with Chouffe. — 10 years ago
One of the best malts! — 11 years ago
A gift from an old school friend at our 51st Reunion at Toowoomba Grammar School for those who graduated in 1970. He is a huge Single Malt fan and it was great to have the benefit of his experience and try this Mortlach 16 years old, for the first time. This is a Speyside single malt matured in only Sherry casks which impart a fruity note. Very mellow, balanced and warming on the palate. I normally prefer peaty Islay malts but this was a nice change - very high quality with full bodied flavours. Thanks John - I will buy another bottle next winter. — 5 years ago
Sauternes, port, French and bourbon barrels all used to age. 3 kinds of a German Malts smoked over birch and alder wood. 17 total barrels make it into bottle. Need to go out and find a bottle of this! — 8 years ago
Belgian knockout drops. #achouffe #tripel #doubleipa — 9 years ago
Auburn color. Rich aromas of honeycomb, dried cherries, menthol, figs, and sweet marmalade. Oily mouthfeel, ever so slightly hot on the tongue, dry tannins. Palate mimics the nose, with additional maraschino cherries, plum, malted barley, and freshly baked sponge cake. Heavy body, medium ++ finish. One of the nicest sherry finished single malts I've had! — 10 years ago

Apparently one of the oldest Distillery sites in Scotland. Located by the sea on the Isle of Islay this receives the slowest distillation of any Islay malt, then spends 16 years in old oak casks before being bottled. This is very pungent, peaty and smoky. One of my favourite single malts. — 2 months ago
