2nd day much nicer. I switched to a better “ real” glass as well. Most of the initial, fruit driven nose and palate has morphed into something darker, more graphite and pepper with that inimitable Viognier lift on the finish. The texture is very, very nice. Decent Bordeaux, I’d probably buy again, but would age it. Paired nicely with T-bone steaks and okay with dark chocolate. Strawberries, coffee and soil or wood are our taste and smelling notes. — 4 years ago
