Fruity and a good combo of dry and light — 4 years ago
Orange style wine. White but with a fizz fringe and red smooth apricot tones. — 5 years ago
I quite enjoy this rose - light and fruity and not citrusy. — 6 years ago
I cannot put into words how delicious this dessert wine is. It’s lush and sweet, but beautifully balanced with an acidity and a clean finish that means it’s not overly sweet and infinitely drinkable. It’s the perfect choice for both the sweet toothed, and those who think they don’t like sweet wines. — 4 years ago
Excellent blend of Grenache, Mourvèdre and Tempranillo instead of Syrah. Works very well. I saw this described as “dusty fruits” which I take to mean earthy, and just slightly subdued. Relatively smooth and opens up nicely with air time. Will keep the other bottles for a while to see how the evolve. Another good effort from ONX wines out of Pasa Robles. Cheers — 6 years ago
Impenetrable black, oozing intensity. Rich nose of dark fruits and plum pudding. Blew my palate away on first sip. Massive intensity. Settled down with time and near the end showed lots of rich spice and more plum pudding richness. — 3 months ago
Ok. MUCH better than the previous bottle which was a reticent bastard for some damned reason. This is the wine I loved.
Nose is earth and perfume. Gorgeous. Intoxicating. Lilacs ? God. I’m almost crying it’s so good. Ever changing - top level Nebbiolo nose.
As this open it’s Fucking volnay. It’s fucking volnay. Lilacs. A hint of candied lilacs. Amazing.
Palate is sweet cherry fruit. Jaw dropping texture. Incredibly juicy. Just juicy as hell so drinkably delicious for a wine of this level of elegance. Elegant like 1er cru burgundy.
Long as heck.

Really good CA Pinot. Lots of big flavor for a Pinot. Good smooth dark fruit with a long finish. Perfect with beef chili and jalapeño cornbread. Rec’d by guy at 31st & Harvard. — 10 days ago
