A perfect white wine. Minerality, slight lemon, dry finish. Perfect with our braised salmon dinner. — a year ago

Natty summer red. Chilled. - at Frenchette — 3 days ago
Lime, green apple; freshness with depth. Smoke / pencil eraser note there but delicate, adding a layer as opposed to dominant. Great touch of toasted vanilla lees on palate. Very good and gorgeous; wouldn’t been great but seemed a tad flat (just wanted a bit more fizz and flash). One of the best “cavas” I’ve ever had. — 2 years ago
Just opened and getting slightly hard cheese nose, stone, bitter melon. Waiting a bit for it open as recommended, will update. 8.8 for now. Ok much nicer now after an hour open :) round, smooth but kinda high alc. saline, sour. Up to 9.2 — 4 years ago

This wine has a light orange color, owing to the skin contact with the white grapes from which it’s made. The nose is almost all citrus, mainly tangerine and lemon, with some spice thrown in for good measure. The palate is a delight. Apricot, citrus, and a bit of fancy teabag flavors are in the mix. I notice the reviews for it are less than enthusiastic, but I'll stamp my foot in favor of it. — 12 days ago
