Tasted @Truro Vineyards May 31st while exploring Cape Cod with my mom and sisters. Crisp and light and perfect for spring and summer patio drinking. Wish they shipped to Nebraska! — 20 days ago
IMHO - Should be served just below room temp (18c/65f), any colder just washes out the fruit. On the nose, minerals and stone fruit, same in the mouth. Good acid - no Rhône flabbiness here. Medium-long finish. Very good. Needs a few more years to round out. — 16 days ago
Yeast, some acids still there. Not stored properly and yet not vinegar yet. Actually pairing well with queso and chips :-) a very great wine. — 9 days ago
Complete #cotesdurhones Rosé from M. Chapoutier. Delicate strawberry & garrigue nose, refreshing tartness and mineral palate, subtly spicy finish. #rosesummer — 17 days ago

2016 vintage. Zippy spice component with a smoky nose for now. Medium-bodied. Decent amount of back-palate push. — 18 days ago
