Crushed oyster shell, hay, lemon, lime, pear, a flowery thing, too. The palate is super dry, with a nice tension, some peary and lemony notes all along, an electric mouthfeel, a powerful mid palate that expands, and a very long finish with some grip, peary and lemony notes and a tiny salty touch. Had the 2019 in January of 2025. What an interesting wine. Some citrus-lime and lemon. White peach with some floral notes support the citrus. Some slight minerality that keeps all the flavors in check and gives this wine a refreshing balance. Would buy again. — a month ago
