Spectacular aromas of sweet berries, orange! Really smooth on the palate! Did not get time to decant it! Paired with mutton kebabs and a yuckni pulao! Outstanding! — 2 months ago
Light bodied, well balanced, and smooth. Very elegant Rhône blend. — a month ago
80% #grenache 10% #Syrah 5% #mourvedre and 5% #cinsault like a liquor and I love it. — 2 months ago
Molto buono, il nostra favarito. Costco fa un buono lavoro. E' 20 dollari, sarebbe impossible di solito. Prendi quando la trovi a Conosco. — 2 months ago
Thoroughly enjoyed this classic CdP from a very dependable wine maker. Drink now — 5 months ago
In a word this wine is “intense”! It’s full bodied and high octane with ripe, juicy red and black fruit (red and black plum, cherry, raspberry, strawberry, mulberry), black licorice, earth, meat, leather, and sweet baking spice notes.
The medium acidity and deep concentration of aromas and flavors bring balance to the high alcohol (15.5% ABV); the tannins are smooth and supple. It has a lingering finish. — 2 months ago
It had a weird texture to it and nothing memorable. Another one that is overpriced. — 2 months ago
It is time for some Merlot on this #MerlotThursday. Let's bring Merlot back!
Dark ruby in color with a wide reddish rim.
Nice nose of blue and black fruits with light wood, spices, licorice, light earth, vegetables, herbs, tobacco leaf and dark coffee.
Full-bodied with medium acidity.
Dry on the palate with black currants, plums, cherries, light oak, spices, chocolates, licorice, coffee, tobacco leaf, earth and black pepper.
Nice length on the finish with fine grained tannins, raspberries and peppercorn.
This 7 year old Merlot from Bordeaux is peaking now, and will continue to drink nicely in the next few years. Complex and interesting.
I had this vintage 3 years ago, and it hasn't changed much, except that the nose has become noticeably prettier.
Needs a couple of hours to open up properly so be patient.
Good by itself and better with food. I paired it with grilled picanha.
A blend of 71% Merlot, 27% Cabernet Sauvignon and 2% Cabernet Franc.
13.5% alcohol by volume.
90 points.

En mag. Epic bottle. Took this home and night-capped it w three friends. Room to grow still, but hedonistic now. — 2 days ago
