really really really special. about as profound as natural wine can get. needed an hour to really get going but entirely singular. had all of the chenin tells—orchard fruit, waxy texture, structured acidity—but so much more. very pronounced herbaceous notes and overall far more savory than i could have ever anticipated. there is no one doing it like robinot. — 3 months ago

Fines bulles frisantes pas un léger gaz carbonique, jaune paille, reflets verts. Une salade de fruits au nez, litchi, pêche, fruits exotiques. Une bouche piquante par le résiduel de gaz carbonique. La finale est sucrée. Il doit être bu très froid car en se réchauffant le sucre prend le dessus ce qui agresse et rend ce vin d'apéro et de terrasse perdre tout son charme. — 7 months ago
