Strong note of black olives, wonderful natural Japanese wine — 6 years ago
Fun and juicy if one-note (red fruit, cranberry-ish) — 2 years ago
Probably held on to this a year too long but it showed well for the first night (mouse had set in by the following day). Citrus, white flowers, orange blossom. — 5 years ago
This is the type of natural wine that transcends that boundary into becoming widely accepted as damn good wine. I believe the maker is a Japanese man (Ooka)? Who moved to loiter to farm organically and make natural wine. — 6 years ago
it has high alcohol, but i feel cool nuance, because it has sharp acidiy and lifted aromas. Well balanced and enjoyable classic Syrah beauty. — 5 years ago

Light for syrah, funky nose, delicious — 6 years ago
Really enjoyed the tar, dark leather and anise flavors, medium tenacity and dark plum color. Probably drinking at its best right now. Recommended. — 7 years ago

2022 vintage. Partly made from a plot named " La Colline", this is Cabernet Sauvignon dominated. Dark red. On first impact, the oak was a bit dominating, after 30 minutes the blackberries and Amarena cherries are showing up. Seriously concentrated, with more black than red fruits, ripe tannin and good acidity. While the wine can handle the oak ( patience required), I feel that this wine would be even better with a less heavy hand on the oak. Abv. 14,5%. — 5 months ago
