100 % Riesling from Mosel, Germany.
Steep slopes, slate soil and old vines makes great wine.
Lime, lemon, grapefruit and delicate white flowers on the nose.
White peach, apricot, lime/lemon and a hint of slate and minerals.
Juicy mid-palate with refreshing acidity though still off-dry.
