Holy Kerosene - reminded me of being in a kerosene heated Army tent in Germany in the middle of winter… when this warmed & some of that blew off there was some delicious stuff lurking… needs time in bottle and/or an eternity in decanter. Potential here tho — 5 months ago

Off-dry, but dry for a Riesling. Sweetens a little on day 2. Delicate pale gold color. Smells like sea air and white sugar. Tastes of minerals and green apples, with a slight peppery finish. Would be nice with fish or chicken. Not sure it would stand up to spicy food. — 6 months ago
