This is like a classy cowboy meets a Sunday lazy afternoon backyard bbq with easy sophistication. It's easy drinking but it's not a wine I would have on my own (well its great and easy to drink on its own. Recommended for heavier, easy drinking red wine drinkers). I see it really coming alive with food. The light first finish would allow a bolognese to shine and then the acid would help clean up the palate and prepare you for another bite. The subtle sweetness of cherry at the end is kinda like a mini savory dessert treat between bites that I could see leaving you to want more!
Color: Like a blood red. It's kinda dark with red, purple, brown undertones.
Aroma: It's leathery in smell. Kinda reminds me as if I am in a cigar club sitting in plush, thick leather chairs surrounded by old money and making back door deals. It's certainly more masculine like a cowboys version of a man cave. Then, there is this black stewed cherry aroma, its fruity and slightly sweet yet savory for dinner.
Taste: there is a really like first finksh a flavor. Then some acid on the side of the mouth. Then a light second finish with the stewed black cherries. Then the front of the mouth becomes like and some acid lingers on the side. This is all like a super light leather carpet ride. Think aladdin but on a light carpet, magical and fun, not soggy bottom boys. There's a hit of smoke to guide you on your journey. — 2 years ago
CoSweet and refreshing like a summer evening glass with some bitterness ro cut through the sweetness. It's pretty good.
Color: Like light hay or a elderflower cordial or the light yellow you would see in a sunset.
Smell: smells sweet at first. Like apricots, peaches, and sweet summer stone fruit. There's a little hint of lemon and elderberry (or elderflower). And underneath that is a stone scent like minerals.
Taste: minerality with bitterness like a lemon rinds. Minerality, bitter, and slightly citrus and stone fruit. The sweetness in the scent comes towards the end of the finish. You get bitter and minerality with a hint of citrus and then sweet stone fruit. lor — 3 years ago
It's a lovely rose for a warm night and dinner outside during spring and summer. Not the biggest rose fan, but I like this one.
Color: Light orange pink like an LA sunset, beautiful. Its almost bashful, sweet, and cute like a spring morning flower.
Aroma: Minerally, light fruit. Smells like rose but not sweet.
Taste: light the flavor tends to hit at the end. It's not sweet has a coating feel. It's light bodied but with a little heft. There's a tinge of savory apricot with a bit of salt. — 9 months ago
Super easy drinking red that can go with everything. Love how you can have it chilled or cool room temperature. It's light with some cherry and licorice. It's a fun, easy beaujolais. Love a good chillable wine and can totally see myself drinking this on the regular.
Color: dark rich red color like a red plum. Reminds me od communion grape juice and wine but with a lovely red halo.
Aroma: light aroma with some black cherry scents and a super light licorice under aroma, super light.
Taste: Served slightly chilled. It's super light like a beaujolais, some light black cherry. It kinda reminds me of cherry dr pepper but not sweet and light and delicate in flavor. — a year ago
This is the wine that got me into natural wines and experimental winemakers who aren't afraid to add some funk! Needless to say, I love this. This is perhaps one of my favorite wines. Its also not too expensive to be a regular staple. My favorite part is showing it to friends, and having them fall for this orange wine! If you're looking for a funky, fun, wine with flavor to have on its own, this is a great one!
Color: sunset orange wine. Well not orange like Fanta but imagine a hay white Chardonnay with orange hues, like a sunset. It's a beautiful color!
Aroma: It looks orange, and it has this orange and mandarin scent. Not like orange blossom, but like you're smelling the sweet bitter rind. Its intoxicating and so refreshing! It had that beautiful natural wine funk.
Taste: So good. It smells amazing and tastes like a slightly subdued version of how it smells. It's like tasting the fruity, bitter rind of a mandarin or orange. It's light to medium body with a flavor punch! It's not light in flavor at all, but it's not heavy, nor sweet. It's great for sipping throughout the day or night. There's some minerality that helps cut through the bitterness. It also has this light genetic sweetness that helps carry this wine to a delightful finish that feels like a hidden popsicle or candy. Not get me wrong, this isn't a sweet wine but it certainly full of surprises and flavors! — 3 years ago
It's not my cup of tea, or glass of wine. I find it metallic, minerally, funky in a chemical way. It has the full flavor and body of Montepulciano, but not the fruitness that I expect. Certainly a more savory wine for someone who like savory wines with high mineral and metallic like flavors. Perhaps this will taste great with pizza and a hearty red sauce.
Color: Deep red that it looks purple. It's the purple of plums.
Aroma: A smell like new shoes and nail polish with some plum. It could be from the yeast that chemical smell. Like a metallic smell.
Taste: It has a bitter, minerally, slightly fruity taste, slightky acidic. It tastes a bit metallic. Its heavy in flavour without being too heavy in body like Montepulciano. — 3 years ago
A nice richer wine but still lighter than a Chardonnay. It's slightly creamy and fruity. It's a nice wine that can go with fruity savory dishes.
Aroma: Ripe and juicy fruit, like apricot and peach. But there's some citrus and floral undertones, like jasmine.
Color: It's a yellow straw and light hold color. It's even throughout.
Taste: There's a slightly creamy texture and taste that reminds me of maloactic acid from Chardonnay. It has a fruity and savory taste but leads more with the summer fruits. It's a light medium body wine. — a year ago
This is fantastic. If you don't like heavier bodied wines but like sweetness, then this is it. I can see it standing up to a roast but also easy enough for a night in cuddled up on the sofa. Plums galore. I think a very approachable wine that would please nearly every dinner guest.
Color: It's super dark. Like a dark purple and you cannot see into any abyss. Yet, it draws you in with ita deep gem purple tones. Royalty and wishes await you. So dark andbrich in purple that you cannot see through it.
Aroma: very light aroma with a super subtle smokey, tobacco, and leathery aroma. There's a lovely fruity juicy scent that makes you mouth water. It's a dark plum pulling your forward, like sweetly stewed and ready for the weekend roast.
Taste: Soft and very plummy (like stewed plums or prunes for the dried fruit connoisseurs). It's fruit forward and delcious. Ita kinda heavy but not like a cab more like a bundle a prunes in a soup made into a sauce for a hearty evening roast. So smooth like aladdin playing smooth jazz to woo jasmine. It's kinda light actually but the stewed sweetness weighs it down. Wonderful. There's a finish where tartness finishes at the end for a finish towards the tip of the tongue. — 2 years ago
A great easy drinking Chardonnay. I normally don't like the maloactic acid of oaked Chardonnay but this doesn't really have it. It's slightly sweet but refreshing. It's has some minerality that cuts through any heft. It's a great drinking wine that would hold us to food. A great Chardonnay!
Color: A clear yellow the color of hay. It is slightly lighter than a typical oaked Chardonnay.
Aroma: Smells like Chardonnay without the maloacid creaminess. There's a slight sweetness, but mostly refreshing with some heft.
Taste: like lovely light Chardonnay with some delicious refreshing sweetness. It's medium body without the heavy, creamy oaked flavors. There are some apple and pear notes that's slightly spiced.
It's light with some minerality making it easy to drink. It has some heft so it can also stand up to food but it's light that it's great on its own. — 3 years ago

Color: Strawberry blonde like a light pink lemonade.
Aroma: very light like a French rose from the south. Light strawberry and red berry aroma.
Taste: For how "dark" of a rose it is the taste is very light ans crisp. There's some strawberry and red Berry notes. Light acidity to cut through any sweetness with a clean crisp mineral water finish.
Reminds me of summers in the South of France. Very light with some fruitiness, very easy drinking. However there's some acid and minerality that would makenot great with food, even creamy dishes. — 6 months ago
